Good news from Scoot Airlines

Dear partners, friends of North Sulawesi, and prospective clients,

Regarding the difficulties we’re facing with the transition of flights between SilkAir and Scoot Airlines, we are now quite optomistic and would like to share a quick update with you. We recently received the following email from the higher-ups at Singapore Airlines:

Slots application/approval is only one part of the regulatory process. We are in the midst of securing the remaining approvals and target to have the flights on sale by early Mar 2020. Note that this timeline indicated is only an estimate and it is also in our interest to get the MDC flights on sale as soon as possible.

This is of course great news and we’re all breathing a sigh of relief. We’re not there yet, though, so we are still pushing Singapore Airline and Scoot to keep this process going transparently and as effeciently as possible.
