No-one likes to fill out paperwork, especially when you just arrived at our resort after a long flight. This is why we introduce our new registration site. Here, we kindly ask you to fill out all required information before you depart to North Sulawesi. This will save you time so you can just enjoy your vacation, making for a much smoother check-in process. And of course, we are saving a lot more paper as well.

How it works

It’s pretty self-explanatory, but it’s good to go over the key areas.

The registration page consists of 3 separate sections:

• Guest pre-registration
• PADI scuba diver forms
• PADI scuba diver student forms

Guest pre-registration

This section is where you give us your relevant information by filling out an online form. It only takes a few minutes to complete, but it makes us aware of all your needs and wants before you arrive.

• Your full name
• Date of Birth
• Your email address
• Whether you’d like to subscribe to our newsletter
• Number of logged dives
• Date of last dive
• Weights required (Kg)
• Whether you like to use Nitrox
• Rental gear required
• Your type of regulator (DIN or yoke)
• And finally, if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions

After completing the online form, we will receive this information and attach it to you guest profile. In case of food restrictions, our kitchen is immediately informed as well. Simple and easy!

PADI Forms for certified divers

Any divers are required by PADI to complete their forms before entering the water. You can download these as PDF files (available in 8 different languages) and either print them yourself and bring them to the resort for us to file, or you can fill in them using Adobe Acrobat and then email them to us.

• Diver Medical | Participant Questionnaire
• Statement of Risk and Liability/Non-agency Acknowledgment Form

PADI Forms for student divers

This section is for you are about to embark on a PADI Open Water course, Advanced Open Water, etc. These are the same as for certified divers, except the Statement of Risk and Liability form that is especially made for scuba diving training and courses.
